CLOSED LOOP WITH FEEDBACK
The entire line of DRX products has a closed loop with feedback, which is defined as an automatic control system that is able to adjust the calculated decompression force values by itself and compare them with reality. A closed system feedback loop improves overall system performance.
The efficiency of the closed loop feedback system varies with the variables.
With respect to the spinal decompression system, the measured quantity is most often the force - the tension used to stretch the vertebrae.
HIGH SPEED CLOSED LOOP WITH FEEDBACK
Sophisticated servo motion control
Custom dynamometer and eclectronic feedback
Windows / PC-based therapy - algorithms and applications
Floating bottom mattress
Hardened steel shaft and steel bearing to reduce friction as much as possible
As shown in the figure above, one of the three stops on the closed loop feedback path in the DRX device is the servo amplifier and the servo motor. The servo-amplifier receives the command to enter the required force calculation from the main control computer unit 13 times per second. The servo-motor itself contains a very precise device that measures force, speed and energy consumption. The servo amplifier monitors these variable values, correcting the servo input values 4000 times per second. A closed loop feedback system is one of the technological hallmarks of the DRX line of devices.
